NOTE: Due to weather, this event was rescheduled to June 9, 2010. Riverfront Trail Day, an event for Senior Citizens and Physically Disabled individuals, is scheduled for June 9, 2010 in Washington, Missouri. The event is sponsored by the Washington Rotary Club and the Washington Parks and Recreations Department. Activities include live music, tram rides, wheelchair escorts, refreshments and bingo. The event is free.
Join us for a delightful tour of the Riverfront Trail along with live music, bingo games and prizes, Historical Society display, hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, cookies and drinks. Wheelchair escorts are available at 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am Tram rides are available at 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, noon, 1:00pm and 2:00pm Electric wheelchairs or scooters are not allowed on the trams. Lunch will be served from 10:30am - 1:30pm Reserve your spot to see the Beautiful Rotary Riverfront Trail by calling Robin at the Washington Parks Office at 636-390-1080.
