Franklin County Tourism Committee To Host Antiques and Artisans Tour

The Franklin County Tourism Committe is hosting an Antiques and Artisans Tour on Wednesday, September 17, 2008.  The tour will begin in Union and will make stops in Union, New Haven, and Washington, Missouri.  The cost is $35 per person.

Those taking the tour will board a Mid-American Coach at 8:30am at the Union Wal-Mart.   Stops will be made at the following locations in Franklin County:

The Old Post Office Antiques, Union

Front Street Artisans, New Haven

Astral Glass, New Haven
Demonstration performed by Gary Rice, Owner

Midwest Consignment Store, New Haven

Waterworks Antiques, Washington

East Main Antiques, Washington

Gary Lucy Studio, Washington

Larry Pogue Studio, Washington

The Art Center, Washington

Lunch will be served at La Dolce Vita in Washington, Missouri.  The tour will return to the Union Wal-Mart between 4:00 and 4:30pm.
