Franklin County Constitution Presentation Held

The Washington Federation of Republican Women hosted a presentation by Travis Blankenship on the proposed Franklin County Constitution.  The presentation took place on March 4th at Chico's Cantina Mexican Restaurant in Washington, Missouri.  Mr. Blankenship is a member of the 14-member Franklin County Constitution Committee which drafted the Constitution.

The Constitution Proposition (Proposition C) will be on the April 7, 2009 ballot in Franklin County. 
 
The presentation, which lasted approximately 45 minutes, was followed by a brief question and answer session.  Video of the entire presentation is included in short segments below.
