Those traveling east on Highway 100 out of Washington, Missouri noticed changes starting late Wednesday afternoon.  Construction crews moved traffic onto the new lanes to the north of the existing Highway 100.  The construction is part of a MoDOT project to expand Highway 100 to four lanes from Washington, Missouri to I-44 near Villa Ridge.
