New and expectant moms are welcome to attend the next New Mom's Network meeting from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11, in the fourth floor family room at St. John's Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri. The topic is "postpartum exercise and massage" and Julie Dotson, a licensed massage therapist with St. John's Mercy Sports and Therapy, will host the program. The New Mom's Network meets each month and gives members a chance to find out how other parents are coping with babies, work and home life. Each meeting offers a different conversational or interactive topic that benefits parents. Upcoming meetings are as scheduled:
