Saturday's Route 100 ribbon cutting ceremony just east of Washington, Missouri was well-attended, despite the warm weather. Speakers at the event included MoDOT representatives Ed Hassinger and Judy Wagner, Mayor Sandy Lucy, former mayor Dick Stratman, State Representatives Brian Nieves and Scott Dieckhaus and State Senator John Griesheimer. The new stretch of Route 100 is set to open next week.
